This personal data processing policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ZRU-547 dated July 02, 2019 and determines the procedure for processing personal data and measures to ensure their security taken by Direct Cool LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

- determine measures to comply with the requirements of legislation on personal data.
3.2. The operator is obliged:
- publish this Policy in the public domain;
- ensure the protection of personal data;
- process data only within the stated purposes;
- at the request of the subject, provide information on the procedure for processing his data;
- stop processing and destroy data at the end of the purposes of processing or at the request of the subject, unless otherwise required by law.
4. Rights and obligations of personal data subjects
