Commissioning

Professional commissioning of Daikin systems

Commissioning is a mandatory stage after installation. Only correct commissioning preserves the manufacturer's warranty and ensures the system's calculated efficiency.

The work is carried out by Daikin trained engineers. As a result, you receive a protocol with measurements and a commissioning certificate.

Why is it needed?

Why you shouldn’t skip commissioning

Maintaining the Warranty

The manufacturer retains the warranty only when commissioned by a certified specialist with a protocol.

Estimated efficiency

Correct refueling and configuration ensure the declared performance and efficiency of the system.

Reliability and resource

Correct start-up eliminates the operation of the compressor in emergency modes and extends the service life of the equipment.

Confirmed result

The protocol with measurements records that the system is running according to the standards and is ready for operation.

Process

What is included in commissioning

01

Inspection and installation check

Control of routes, electrical connections, fastenings and drainage slopes before launch.

02

Crimping and vacuuming

Checking the system for leaks, removing moisture and air from the refrigerant circuit.

03

Refrigerant charging

Refueling along the length of the route, monitoring the mass and pressure of the refrigerant.

04

Test run

Checking cooling and heating modes, measuring temperature differences (delta-T), monitoring currents.

05

Setting up automation

Configuration of remote controls, addressing of indoor units, checking dispatch.

06

Protocol and act

Drawing up a commissioning protocol and commissioning report, activating the warranty, instructing personnel.

Control

What do we check when entering?

Refrigerant circuit tightness
Discharge and suction pressures
Overheating and hypothermia
Temperature difference across heat exchangers
Currents and voltages by phase
Noise and vibration level
Operation of the drainage system
Correctness of modes and remote controls
When required

In what cases is it necessary

After installation

Mandatory initial commissioning of the new system before the start of operation.

After the transfer

Dismantling and installation at a new location requires re-commissioning.

Seasonal start

Starting after a long period of inactivity with checking parameters and refueling.

Based on the results of the work

Documents you receive

Commissioning protocol

Measurements of pressures, temperatures, currents and system parameters.

Commissioning certificate

Confirmation of the system’s readiness for operation and activation of the warranty.

Recommendations for use

Instructions and instructions for proper use and maintenance.
