• The equipment is supplied in a plug-and-play format and is specially designed for use in areas with high humidity - swimming pools, SPA areas, water parks. Maintaining parameters in accordance with the VDI 2089 standard (humidity 40–64%, air temperature 30–34°C) prevents the growth of mold, bacteria and corrosion of structures, and also helps protect finishing materials from destruction.
• Effective dehumidification and air conditioning is the main task of the Daikin Pool Type AHU series units. They ensure stable ventilation, eliminate excess moisture and maintain a comfortable room temperature.
• 45 mm thick panels contain mineral wool, which provides heat and sound insulation. The internal and external surfaces of the panels are made of painted galvanized steel, and the durable aluminum frame has an anti-corrosion powder coating.
• All materials in contact with wet environments are resistant to corrosion:
- Powder painting, stainless steel and cataphoresis coatings are used;
- Heat exchangers have epoxy coating and copper tubes;
- Condensate trays are made of SS304 steel;
- The electrical panel and automation are located inside the housing for ease of maintenance.
• The unit is equipped with an integrated refrigeration circuit with a hermetic scroll compressor and a heat recovery system based on Heat Pipe technology. This allows you to recover up to 70% of thermal energy, significantly reducing energy consumption. The Heat Pipe heat exchanger plays a key role - it dehumidifies and heats the air without using electricity, since there are no moving parts.
• The body is made of painted galvanized cassette sheet, providing mechanical strength and durability. Heat transfer elements (epoxy-coated aluminum fins) are protected from aggressive environments and maintain a high heat transfer coefficient. The unit is compatible with R134A refrigerant, operating pressure up to 28 bar is allowed.
• Daikin DPC150 can be installed vertically, horizontally or at an angle, allowing it to be flexibly adapted to the specific room conditions. The processes of evaporation and condensation inside the heat exchanger occur at equal temperatures, providing high efficiency with small differences.
• The control system is equipped with intelligent automation that supports various operating scenarios, including bypass and recirculation. EC fans increase the overall energy efficiency of the installation.
• The operation of the equipment is adapted to the type of pool. For sports facilities, the water temperature is usually 28°C, for medical facilities - from 32 to 36°C. The relationship between water and air temperatures is critical to preventing intense evaporation, so microclimate management must be comprehensive.
• The presence of built-in components - evaporator, compressor, condenser and refrigeration circuit - eliminates the need for external VRV units, chillers and other units. This makes it compact, energy efficient and convenient when designing and operating the system.
Installation is carried out by DC Engineering's own certified teams: engineer visit, selection of routes, commissioning and commissioning in compliance with the requirements of the manufacturer and SNiP.
