Kaleido Tower
Complex in the business district of Paseo de la Castellana: a building in the shape of an inverted “T” with a height of about 181 meters and 36 floors. A private clinic and a shopping center are in a horizontal building, and the campus headquarters is in a vertical building.
Problem
Achieving high levels of environmentally friendly construction by obtaining the prestigious LEED Gold certificate.
Solution
A complete Daikin solution integrating multiple HVAC-R technologies: air-cooled and water-cooled chillers, direct expansion VRV systems with low refrigerant flow, 32 air quality air handling units and Daikin cloud AI monitoring.
Result
Achieved LEED Gold certification in the Core and Shell and Commercial Interiors categories. Daikin's solution achieved 14 points (23% of the total LEED score) due to its high efficiency.
