Sales Manager (OVik)

Main responsibilities:

  • Active search and attraction of new clients (developers, architectural firms, business owners, property managers);
  • Participation in tenders and negotiations on ventilation and air conditioning projects;
  • Site visits to conduct initial consultations and assess the scope of the project;
  • Maintaining a database of potential clients and objects;
  • Coordination of technical specifications together with engineers and designers;
  • Presentation of the company’s solutions and accompanying the client until the conclusion of the contract;
  • Supporting relationships with clients after project implementation (cross-sell, up-sell).

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in active B2B sales of at least 2 years (preferably in engineering systems, construction, HVAC, climate control equipment);
  • Understanding of the basics of ventilation and air conditioning systems (advantage);
  • Availability of your own car and willingness to travel to sites;
  • Ability to negotiate at the level of top officials of companies;
  • Competent speech, presentability, ability to persuade;
  • Fluent in Russian and Uzbek languages.
