Project Manager (HVAC)
Main responsibilities:
- Management and control of all current projects of the company on climate systems;
- Planning and coordination of project implementation stages (residential, commercial, industrial facilities);
- Control of deadlines, budget, quality and compliance of project documentation;
- Interaction with clients, designers, engineers and installation teams;
- Organization of supplies of equipment and consumables (chiller fan coils, VRF systems, split systems, ventilation equipment);
- Visiting sites: checking the progress of work, solving technical and organizational issues;
- Preparation of reporting documentation and participation in the delivery of objects to the customer.
Candidate requirements:
- Higher technical education (preferably HVAC / construction);
- Experience in project management in the field of ventilation and air conditioning for at least 3 years;
- Knowledge of HVAC systems installation technologies and standards;
- Ability to read design and as-built documentation;
- Experience interacting with customers and contractors;
- Skills in planning, control and cost analysis;
- Confident knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel or equivalent;
- Responsibility, organization, leadership qualities;
- Possession of a driver's license (cat. B) and readiness to travel to sites.
